1 part sugar

4 parts water

Boil the water to purify then mix in the sugar, keep unused portion refrigerated.

Also do not use any food coloring or additives such as Honey.

A well designed bright colored feeder should be all you need to attract these cute little birds.

* Be sure to keep your feeder clean.

Do not use any chemicals to clean the feeder! warm water should do the trick.
